Our policy regarding refunds is simple and fair. If you want to return your item you can do so within 14 days of reciept.

Refunds will and shipping costs will be paid out upon receipt of the item/items.
We require items to be in a sellable condition, this means unpackaged and in good condition.
Exceptions to this rule are if the reason for your refund is due to a damaged or faulty product. In these circumstances we operate on a case by case basis to determine whether we can help refund or replace your items.
